Russell Lubner

Russell Lubner has been active with Gallatin County SAR since 1994. Russ is currently training his fifth bloodhound, Jake, as he continues with his certified dog, Ringo. Russell is the owner of RJL Truck Repair and has been a certified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic since 1981.
